Singapore

We are looking for a software engineer who will be part of a small but very skilled team of engineers developing world class technology solutions in the consumer electronics market.

You will work with the team to develop software applications running on multiple mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
Build software components and libraries
Analyze and optimize code for best performance
Skills and Experience

Strong engineering background with curiosity and desire to learn and experiment
5 years of developing hands on software experience on multiple platforms
Master level C and Objective-C knowledge
Experience in designing clean APIs, libraries and applications
Experience with multi-tasking operating systems
Experience with Windows MFC programming
Versatile skill set and open to new technologies and tools
Unity3D Experience is a big plus but not required
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to adopt rapidly changing requirements in a collaborative environment

Sales Support Administrator

USA

The primary role for the Sales Support Administrator is to provide essential support to the sales team. The position will aid in both inbound and outbound sales management for both current and prospective clients. This position will have a hand in both the sales and support functions of Rapsodo.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Outbound sales calls
Setting appointments and helping the sales team achieve set goals
Helping to process inbound sales leads and orders
Managing level one support requirements. Including both call and email support.
Coordinating with the level two support team.
Hunting and qualifying new leads
Assisting with contact management processes
Assisting with social media outlets
Occasional field related duties for trade shows and conventions
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in related field
1-5 years’ experience in sales or support related positions
History of involvement in or passion for the sports industry
Proven knowledge and understanding of technology
Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent customer care skills
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Administrative, record-keeping, and clerical skills
Ability to multi-task
