The Motion Graphic Videographer is a digital content producer and will play an essential role within the marketing team. This individual has a deep passion for digital communications and is able to bring to life big ideas, that drive measurable results. Responsible for crafting digital experiences for our customers, the Motion Graphic Videographer manages creative ideation and execution, video production and photography. They work closely with brand teams, content teams and agency partners to tackle the day-to-day creative and design needs of the business.

  • Responsible for all video, digital design, and motion graphic production, including concepting, storyboarding, planning, shooting, organization and lighting of video shoots, creating graphics, editing, colour correction, compression and encoding of videos, and digital asset management.
  • Execute creative concepts, designs and videos across multiple platforms (web, social), specifically targeted to appropriate users
  • Deliver branded creative assets on time, on budget and on strategy to meet the digital content needs of Rapsodo’s business units
  • Work collaboratively with peers to ensure processes are adhered to and work passes through the department seamlessly
  • Oversee all areas of Rapsodo’s video strategy and ensures consistency with the company’s core messaging and branding, as well as any program goals and objectives.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for a variety of initiatives and platforms. i.e. use cases, customer stories, how-to’s, educational content, employee engagement/recruitment/employer branding
  • Create storyboards and collaborates with key internal stakeholders to align on video purpose, objectives and timelines
  • Create brand content for social media, website and print materials
  • Keep informed and up to date on best practices and tools in the video space, ensuring standards remain high and techniques are cutting edge
  • Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on video, audio and lighting equipment
  • Make recommendations to the department for software and equipment purchases
  • Conceptualize and execute production of branded photography
  • BS/BA required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience in digital content creation
  • 4+ years of graphic design experience
  • 4+ years of videography experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities to meet critical deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in video production software including Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and/or other industry-standard software
  • Experience using .braw and other video file types and syncing audio files with video 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
