Rapsodo Inc. is a sports analytics company that uses computer vision and machine learning to help all athletes maximize their performance. Our proprietary technology applications range from helping PGA Tour golfers optimize their launch conditions to allowing MLB pitchers to increase the efficiency on their breaking balls. Current partners include all 30 MLB teams, USA Baseball, SkyGolf, Mizuno, Golf Digest, AJGA, and 75% of NCAA baseball programs.

The primary role for the Certified Facility Account Manager is to hunt new facilities and manage the current roster of Rapsodo Certified Facilites. This position will require excellent communication with all Rapsodo Certified Facilities, as well as strategic sales consulting and Rapsodo product support. An Account Manager will be responsible for both facility retention as well as hitting targeted upsell goals. The ultimate goal of the position is to convert RapScore sessions and grow the amount of Certified Facility locations. 

  • Manage all Certified Facility accounts  
  • Sell RapScore credits to players and facilities 
  • Support RapScore sessions at Certified locations 
  • Outbound calls and emails 
  • Actively signup and prospect for new Certified Facilities 
  • Assist Rapsodo Certified Marketing content/strategies 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent customer care skills 
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently 
  • Administrative, record-keeping, and clerical skills 
  • Public Speaking experience 
  • Focus and goal-oriented disposition with attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of and ability to collaborate when necessary with other departments 
  • Ability to prioritize to guarantee that all issues are allocated the required time to be handled in a professional manner 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field 
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience and/or customer service experience 
  • CRM knowledge and proven ability to stay organized  
  • Baseball/Softball playing or coaching experience 
  • Rapsodo usage experience 
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of analytics
