JOB DESCRIPTION

As Rapsodo continues to grow and expand our business in Asia and internationally, we are looking for a driven C&B Specialist who can drive and deliver the total rewards initiative, implement policies and processes, and launch benefits programs across our offices to meet Rapsodo’s strategic priorities. We are looking for someone data-driven; thrives in analysing and communicating data efficiently; and enjoys identifying compensation trends and providing key insights for our stakeholders in Singapore, Japan, USA and Turkey.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resource based in the Singapore Headquarters, the successful incumbent will provide analytical and consultative support on the most suitable compensation and benefits practices for Rapsodo. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.  To succeed in this role, you will also have excellent organization skills, superior attention to detail and high adaptability within a complex and fast-paced environment. This role requires absolute professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality due to the exposure to sensitive information.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in designing and creating a compensation philosophy that is aligned to the business goals and strategy
  • Setting up compensation benchmarking principles by analysing internal and external data to assess market competitiveness.
  • Analyse and maintain job descriptions evaluation and classifications.
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of all C&B initiatives by analysing data and feedback to generate meaningful insights and develop continuous improvement plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide recommendations for market competitiveness.
  • Administer Company Benefits which include the coordination, tracking and organisation of the benefits.
  • Manage regional payroll and related activities.
  • Coordinate the execution of corporate initiatives and programs, such as salary review, performance evaluation and incentive programs and other HR projects
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Diploma holder with 2-3 years of progressive and hands-on HR experience, including administering HR services including payroll, tax clearance and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of regional/global HR compensation and benefits programs, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous, excellent attention to detail, and adept at working under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws
  • Good MS Office Skills, data-centric and excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Resourceful and empathetic problem-solver with good interpersonal skills
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural organisation
