Customer Success Agent – Rapsodo Diamond Sports & Golf

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking to ramp up our customer success efforts to help provide consistent and resourceful support. At Rapsodo, we pride ourselves on offering high quality customer support on a personal level to our customers. To help us with this initiative we are seeking a motived person to assist our customer support team with customer calls, emails, texts, live chats, and more. Side projects related to customer support and resources will be assigned, as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the first line of communication when our current or prospective customers need support for any of our Diamond Sports or Golf products
  • Answer support calls, voicemails, emails, and live chats in a timely manner
  • Navigate Salesforce (CRM) to update cases, accounts, and orders
  • Manage customer relationships with timely and professional responses
  • Stay up-to-date on all of Rapsodo’s products and upsell customers on new product launches
  • Distinguish customer issues via internal systems to assist in an efficient manor
  • Identify trends, common questions, and best practices which will help the overall team and customer base
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Motivated self-starter with high integrity, enthusiasm, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for sports and the ability to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of responsibilities
    • Strong knowledge of baseball/softball and golf is preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and have effective communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
