JOB DESCRIPTION

Rapsodo is hiring for a customer success coordinator position, primarily related to its golf division. The Customer Success Coordinator (CSC) for Rapsodo Golf will be a multi-disciplinary position that will have duties across a number of functions and require both self-directed and manager-directed efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal CSC candidate must be able to:

· Own the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new Rapsodo golf and baseball customers

· Respond to inbound customer support inquiries (technical, usage and product) across multiple platforms (email, chat, phone)

· Work with Rapsodo’s customer support team to ensure updated product knowledge and best practices use

· Work with Rapsodo’s sales, marketing and product development teams to build proactive support initiatives

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· 0-5 years experience in a sales or customer service environment

· Ability to learn and communicate the features and benefits of all Rapsodo products

· Self–motivated worker who thrives in a small business environment

· Excellent people/communication skills and ability to explain concepts in writing and over the phone

· Sports industry experience preferred; passion for sports required (golf experience a plus)
