Rapsodo Inc. is a sports analytics company that uses computer vision and machine learning to help all athletes maximize their performance. Our proprietary technology applications range from helping PGA Tour golfers optimize their launch conditions to allowing MLB pitchers to increase the efficiency on their breaking balls. Current partners include all 30 MLB teams, USA Baseball, SkyGolf, Mizuno, Golf Digest, AJGA, and 75% of NCAA baseball programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary role for the Outbound Sales Representative is to drive Rapsodo Diamond Sports product sales via our different sales channels. This position will have daily, weekly and monthly targets for the quantity of sales calls and emails made to prospective customers as well as “closed-won” targets. The Outbound Sales Representative will work directly with the Outbound Sales Coordinator and Account Managers on a daily basis to focus sales efforts on target markets based off of sales trends and customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Outbound sales calls and emails – setting up appointments/webinars
  • Entering new customers into CRM and tracking them through sales journey
  • Helping to process inbound sales leads and orders
  • Hunting and qualifying new leads
  • Assisting with contact management processes
  • Assisting with marketing/social media outlets
  • Occasional field related duties for trade shows and conventions
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience and/or customer service experience
  • CRM knowledge and proven ability to stay organized
  • History of involvement in or passion for the sports industry
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of technology
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Administrative, record-keeping, and clerical skills
  • Public Speaking experience
  • Focus and goal-oriented disposition with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of and ability to collaborate when necessary with other departments
  • Ability to prioritize to guarantee that all issues are allocated the required time to be handled in a professional manner
