Rapsodo and Realplay is currently seeking an energetic and self-driven candidate to act as a supervisor to our operations team. As a supervisor, you will be tasked with managing the day-to-day operations at your assigned facility.

• Act as the lead Realplay employee at your assigned facility
• Manage team of 15-30 Realplay & Rapsodo operators
• Attend weekend tournaments to operate proprietary data collection system
• Assist operators during equipment set-up/breakdown at start/end of day
• Monitor and maintain proper camera angles to ensure quality video
• Be the lead point of communication with Realplay & Rapsodo on-field staff

• Act as the link between Realplay HQ & on-field operators
• Coordinate & facilitate operator scheduling for weekend tournaments
• Execute sales & promotional plans
• Publish & Process video through Realplay’s upload system
• Ensure that all Rapsodo data has been synced each night
• Communicate with customers and business partners at major facilities & events
• Treat equipment properly and protect equipment from damage
• Communicate clear and consistent goals among all staff
• Act as a resource for field operators in-need
• Perform general clerical and office administrative duties
• Office administrative tasks

• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisor experience
• Must have excellent, professional communication skills
• Energy, enthusiasm and hands-on attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites
• Comfortable working on new technology
• Easy access to car
• Available to work weekends, nights & holidays
• Assist with project planning and management
