JOB DESCRIPTION

As Rapsodo continues to grow and expand our business internationally, we are looking for a hands-on, driven, and empathetic Human Resource Generalist with a passion for collaborating and making a difference 

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the successful incumbent will run day-to-day activities that are related to HR operations, employee’s lifecycle, and overall organisation infrastructure.  The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.  To succeed in this role, you will also have a commitment to continuous improvement, excellent organization skills, superior attention to detail and high resiliency and adaptability within a complex and fast-paced environment. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring support to new and existing employees in the process.  
  • Administer Company Benefits which include the coordination, tracking and organization of the benefits. 
  • Manage monthly payroll and related activities. 
  • Manage pass applications and issuance for non-local employees. 
  • Acts as liaison between employee and management regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.  
  • Design and execute HR policies and procedures.  
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and/or legal requirements.  
  • Manage the campus recruitment and internship program and the attendant activities. 
  • Oversee the rollout and execution of corporate initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement, performance evaluation and talent development.   
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of progressive and hands-on HR experience, including minimum 3 years administering HR services including payroll, tax clearance and benefits administration. 
  • Proven experience in supporting regional/global HR initiatives including talent and organizational development, and compensation and benefits programs, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Meticulous and adept at working under pressure and tight timelines. 
  • Good knowledge of applicable employment laws.  
  • Good MS Office Skills, data-centric and driven. 
  • Ability to work independently and effectively across functional lines within a matrix environment. 
  • Resourceful and empathetic problem-solver with good interpersonal skills 
  • A keen eye for detailsmeticulous and excellent organisation skills 
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural organisation.
