JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Applying the full-cycle recruitment process through the entire employee lifecycle
  • Work with supervisors/team leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies, including preparing job descriptions based on IT trends.
  • Provide support to employees in day-to-day HR-related topics and resolve issues
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Performs orientation and training period for all new employees.
  • Support an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and team-work and high performance.
  • Participating 3rd party operations of employer branding, track the communication plan and media campaigns
  • Supporting in the development and implementation of Company guidelines and processes
  • Support within employee engagement and wellbeing matters

REQUIREMENTS
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3 years work experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in IT Recruitment and talent hunting
  • Proficient user of MS Office programs
  • Ability to work independently and effectively across functional lines within a matrix environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
