Human Resource Executive (SG)

As Rapsodo continues to grow and expand our business internationally, we are looking for a hands-on, driven, and empathetic Human Resource Executive with a passion for collaborating and making a difference.  



Reporting to the Director of Human Resource, the successful incumbent will run day-to-day activities that are related to HR operations, employee’s lifecycle, and overall organisation infrastructure.  The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.  To succeed in this role, you will also have a commitment to continuous improvement, excellent organization skills, superior attention to detail and high resiliency and adaptability within a complex and fast-paced environment. 

This role requires absolute professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality due to the exposure to sensitive information. 

  • Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring support to new and existing employees in the process.  
  • Administer Company Benefits which include the coordination, tracking and organisation of the benefits. 
  • Manage monthly payroll and related activities. 
  • Manage pass applications and issuance for non-local employees. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and/or legal requirements.    
  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2-3 years of progressive and hands-on HR experience, including administering HR services including payroll, tax clearance and benefits administration
  • Experience in supporting regional/global HR initiatives including talent and organizational development, and compensation and benefits programs, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment would be a plus
  • Meticulous and adept at working under pressure and tight timelines 
  • Good knowledge of applicable employment laws
  • Good MS Office Skills, data-centric and driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Resourceful and empathetic problem-solver with good interpersonal skills 
  • A keen eye for details, meticulous and excellent organisation skills 
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural organisation
