IT Support Specialist

We are a Sports Technology company with offices in USA and Singapore. We develop products that empowers athletes. Major League Baseball star pitchers to Golf tour players use Rapsodo technology to up their game in USA, Japan and Europe. 

 We are innovative, focused and rapidly growing. We have recently opened a new R&D center in Izmir IYTE Technopark and looking for team players who will stop at nothing to deliver state of the art solutions as part of our global R&D team.

Requirements for this position: 

  • BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience, 
  • Expertise in Linux system administration, 
  • Experience or at least high understanding in Cloud computing, high availability and high performance 
  • Being able to demonstrate experience in the following areas: 
  • Computer Systems: Windows, Mac, Linux  
  • Experience in network fundamentals like DNS,DHCP,TCP/IP 
  • Experience in Azure AD and Office 365 
  • Management of user and hardware licensing, 
  • Experienced in maintaining designed system, 
  • Experience in log/alarm management and analysis, 
  • Create and maintain backup structures, 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, 
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and proactive, 
  • Open to development and compatible with teamwork, 
  • Being familiar with high stress situations without losing passion or motivation, 
  • Being able to support users in Turkey, Singapore, USA and Japan, 
  • Good written/verbal communication skills in English,

When you will be a member of our team, you will be dealing with: 

  • Installation, configuration, and support end-user devices like Laptops, Desktops, Workstation, printers, and mobile devices, 
  • Support the day-to-day operation of all level of users, 
  • Follow and create documented processes and procedures, 
  • In this role, you will provide IT infrastructure support on-site and remotely, 
  • Incident and Request management submitted through the incident management system, 
  • Proactively addressing potential issues that may impact system performance, 
  • Working with the vendors and service providers when required, 
  • Participating in local and global integration plans and processes, 
  • Tracking the inventory of all IT resources and reporting when necessary, 
  • Vendor management for basic hardware and working environment needs, 
  • Purchasing hardware, system software and services for the development of information systems and installing these purchases made within the company,
