The Ideal candidate must be able to:
- Find, create, tell and amplify the Rapsodo brand story.
- Write highly engaging, on-brand content for multiple touchpoints including email, customer stories, website, landing pages, social media, blogs, podcasts, and broadcast media.
- Work in partnership with internal and external resources to guide, coordinate, and execute marketing messages to capture target audiences’ interest and influence action.
- Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud email and text operations, which include content development, journey building, QA testing, automation implementation, and post-campaign reporting.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Engage daily with in house designers to ensure visual brand representation marries seamlessly with all copy.
- Examine email and text strategies of key competitors and the overall industry to understand emerging trends.
- Collaborate and communicate with external PR agency to identify and bring press releases to life.
- Update website copy and landing page content.
- Other duties as assigned.
