We are looking for an individual to join our rapidly growing marketing team. This is a mid-level position with excellent growth opportunities with one of the fastest growing sports-tech companies in the world.

The Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager Analyst is a key player on the marketing team, responsible for the build, execution and analysis of Performance Marketing and SEO campaigns. We’re looking for a proven self-starting, digital marketing guru, someone who enjoys digging into the data and analytics to problem solve their way to ROI positive campaigns. The ideal candidate has a high technical aptitude, is digitally savvy, a strong communicator and will jump at the chance to take on a new challenge.

  • Develop and oversee the execution, optimization and day-to-day performance of Performance Marketing (Social, Search, Amazon, Display) and SEO campaigns, ensuring campaigns drive qualified traffic and exceed defined KPI goals
  • Conduct website health, traffic, search, keyword and campaign analytics to determine the best campaign settings
  • Develop strategy for rapsodo.com to ensure top-notch customer experiences that drive conversions
  • Track, analyze and interpret digital marketing data to learn and optimize
  • Uncover delivery issues, optimize and test new approaches
  • Champion campaign insights, gaps, areas of opportunity or areas of misalignment to help the organization understand and act on content, creative, and tagging opportunities
  • Provide direction, develop campaigns and drive production of Performance Marketing campaigns (Paid Social, Paid Search, Paid Video, Email and others as directed)
  • Perform independently or support agency partner(s) to deliver complete, accurate and on-time campaigns (as directed)
  • Proactively and effectively collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners to define requirements, plan tests, solicit feedback and confirm campaign and promotional details (timing, budget, messaging and expected outcomes)
  • Review, analyze and communicate campaign performance clearly to stakeholders
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads and landing pages and hold responsibility for managing a campaign learning playbook
  • Make adjustments to ensure ongoing resource efficiency through innovation and process optimization
  • Stay current with SEO, Google, Facebook and other Performance Marketing best practices and emerging trends
  • Leverage a range of available reporting tools to understand performance; including, Paid Platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.), Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hot Jar, etc.
  • Recommend new analytics tools and serve as marketing lead for creation and maintenance of marketing performance dashboard
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance including lessons learned and recommendations, etc.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of professional experience preferred, with 2 or more years of day-to-day SEO campaign setup, strategy and management (in-house or agency)
  • 5+ years of experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting digital marketing data
  • A history of building, managing and optimizing Performance Marketing campaigns required
  • Solid experience working in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Google Analytics Certified and Google Ads Certified required
  • A data “nerd” with the ability to notice patterns within data
  • An interest in psychology and digital consumer behavior
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sense of urgency and motivated to always learn and improve
  • Ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing tasks; while effectively pivoting to manage changing priorities
  • Innovative thinker, self-starter and fast learner
