Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager

Our proprietary technology applications range from helping PGA Tour golfers optimize their launch conditions to allowing MLB pitchers to increase the efficiency of their breaking balls. As Rapsodo continues to grow and expand our business internationally, we are looking for a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience with a fast-growing sports tech company.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and buy-in with internal and external stakeholders and develop the influencer marketing and social media strategy, plans, and editorial calendar
  • Lead the implementation, execution, reporting, and optimization of all social media and influencer marketing activities/programs.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement on our social media channels as our brand liaison – create and share engaging moments with our customers and maintain response levels through brand voice and messaging
  • Support production of social content development and commissioning through creators and UGC from the community
  • Moderate online forums and engage with contributors when appropriate
  • Develop influencer marketing and social media scorecards based on appropriate KPIs. Track, monitor, analyze and communicate results regularly, and optimize based on results
  • Collaborate with business units, content, and creative marketing teams to create a seamless integration of the brands influencer strategies with content marketing efforts
  • Build relationships and coordinate contracts with partners and influencers to ensure deliverables are met and the maximum value obtained
  • Identify new influencers and coordinate kick-off calls with appropriate parties
  • Stay up to date on what’s hot in the industry and the influencers in the space
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to outreach and relationship management including partners, affiliates, sponsorships, and influencer relations and ensure content and activity fits within the overall brand and marketing strategy
  • Other duties as assigned
  • BS/BA required
  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience
  • 2+ years of influencer marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of social trends, content development, and social analysis
  • Experience with social media management tools like Salesforce Social Studio, Sprout Social, etc. required
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Some design, videography, or other relevant experience is highly preferred
  • Sports industry experience preferred. Passion for sports is required.
