Reporting to the Director of Human Resources based in Singapore, you will be tasked with the full spectrum of the recruitment function. You will be working with internal stakeholders closely and leading all recruitment initiatives which support the development of a diverse, qualified candidate pool. Critical to success will be the ability to source for top talents both internally & externally.

You will be expected to create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current & future hiring needs by developing long-term recruiting strategies and nurturing trusting relationships with potential candidates and institutes of higher learning.  This role requires excellent English communication and written skills, as well as good interpersonal and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrate ability as a recruitment subject matter expert to design & develop meaningful recruiting strategies to support the development of a diverse, qualified candidate pool, including the use of technology and alternative sourcing techniques
• Build knowledge of competitor institutions using market data and intelligence to inform hiring decisions
• Provide effective and insightful data and reports to aid and improve hiring objectives and location strategies
• Manage usage of agency levels, ensuring direct sourcing strategies are integral to sourcing plans
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, compensation recommendations and closing of candidates.
• Ensure candidates’ and hiring managers’ positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Perform sourcing for the active positions as well as creating, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
• Undertake regional HR projects and initiatives such as employer branding, campus recruitment, to acquire suitable talents for the organization
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenge where necessary to think differently and inclusively
• Manage the campus recruitment and internship program and attendant activities
• Oversee the rollout and execution of corporate initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement, performance evaluation and talent development

• Minimum Diploma holder with 2-3 years of hands-on, end-to-end in-house recruitment experience. Experience in global or regional recruitment of technical positions is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, is critical
• Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies, including use of technology, social media, market mapping, direct sourcing, and campus recruitment
• Ability to gather and leverage data to allow for data-driven decision-making
• Hands-on and proven experience in global recruiting best practices and initiatives is a plus
• Knowledge of employment laws and employee relations in Singapore, including specific knowledge of the rules that affect employment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse talents at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
