What items are eligible for the Pro Series Upgrade Program?

All Hitting and Pitching 2.0 devices along with Insight cameras are eligible for Rapsodo's Upgrade Program. Your used devices can be in any condition as long as they are still operational. Eligibility is as follows:

	PRO 2.0 Hitting or Pitching (single function)	PRO 2.0 Hitting and Pitching (dual function)	PRO 3.0 (dual function)
One Hitting or Pitching 2.0
Two Hitting or Pitching 2.0's	Not Permitted
One Hitting or Pitching 2.0 & One Insight Camera	Not Permitted

How does shipping work?

Upon placing an Upgrade Order, a Rapsodo expert will contact you, walk you through the process, and provide a shipping label to return your used device(s). Please note that only the RCE, Monitor and cables should be returned (cables preferred, not required). The protective cage should NOT be returned to Rapsodo and doing so may result in additional shipping charges. A standard $99 (per device) shipping fee will be applied to your new device upgrade order (i.e. PRO 2.0, PRO 3.0).

Do I need to have an active Membership?

All current and past Rapsodo members are welcome to take advantage of the Pro Series Upgrade Program, as long as you own a device that is eligible for the program. In order to complete your upgrade, an active Team or Individual Membership will be required.
