For the video playback feature I wish it would save the speed setting you select until you select a different one. I’ve found I have to continue to switch to a lower speed every time I view a video because I prefer the slower motion setting

So after a shakey start, I contacted customer support under subject matter frustrated, irritated and disappointed due to connection issues. With help from Adam, he sent me a new MLM 2 PRO. I since have been able to consistently connect the unit to the app. To date I have only used the free part of the membership using my net in the back yard as well as taking it to a range nearby that has TRACKMAN capabilities. With that said, I dare say that in a lot of results the MLM PRO 2 was MORE ACURATE THANTHE TRACKMAN. This led me to be pretty impressed so I have decided to keep the MLM PRO 2. For the most part you can thank Adam for saving the day because I was pretty fed up before his help. I'll be activating the 45 day trial period to access the full potential of the unit to see what it can do. After that, we'll see what happens. Due to the fact that I live in New England and can only practice outside, the cold weather limits the time in which I could use any YEARLY membership. In Some cases I wouldn't be able to use it anywhere from sometime in October through April so the yearly memberships or lifetime memberships for people in cold environments are really only useful for 6 months at worst to 8 months a best. So I might suggest that you add a 6 MONTH LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP FOR MAYBE $350 -400? Personally I would jump on that in a heartbeat instead of feeling like I'm throwing away money on the times of the year that I can't use it. I think anyone in the cold weather environments would do the same. Just a thought

For one, i never received my 45 day trial for the golf premium plan. Horrible customer service, constant back and forth. I am trying to return it but nobody wants to email me back.
I purchased a refurbished unit as a gift for my son. It didn’t come with anything more than the training mode capability unless I would buy the $200 annual license. The training mode seems to miss a significant number of shots when he uses it at the driving range. He reports that about 1 in 4 swings with his driver get an estimated range of 40 or 50 yards when he hits them long. He really doesn’t feel he can trust the answers.

First unit was bricked out of the box, but the exchange unit connected first try and it has been great.

It gathers an amazing amount of data for the price. The video and ball-strike videos are helping me to improve too. I use mine exclusively at the range. Before I had this tool, I've hit thousands of balls with little information about how well the ball was actually struck... a waste of time in other words. Great tool for improvement.

Only reason I give it 3 stars is due to the yearly subscription not ever can put up a couple hundred dollars up front sadly I've had it for a year only used it a handful of times during the 45 day trial period which the other downside is 45 days when it used to be a free year why? Give the option to do monthly payments until rhapsodo does it only gobna be a dust collector I'll stick to my garmin whi h is much cheaper with monthly payments... It's not like you lose out on money offering monthly payments so I really don't know the thinking behind not offering that... Hopefully someone from rhapsodo will understand and open there eyes and offer this more ppl would be able to afford it = more money
Once you get over the niggles of connection issues, all tech is the same. The device is great, would be good to have more instructions and PC connection would be great.

It’s awesome, accurate, and portable.
I use the MLM2Pro outdoors at the driving range, and it has quickly become an essential part of my practice routine. The range of metrics it provides is genuinely useful for improving my game, and the video replay feature is excellent — being able to watch my swing and see exactly what I’m doing right or wrong adds real value to every session. The virtual courses are a nice bonus as well. Connectivity has been flawless so far, and the unit has missed almost no shots. Overall, I’m very happy with the product. My only criticism is the annual app membership, which I feel could be priced more competitively.
The mlm2 pro is usable but so far not impressed with the numbers, especially the yardage seems off most of the time. Sometimes the yardage seems accurate, this is my first monitor so don’t know if this is normal. Have spent a lot of time working with it but so far not sure of the value. Hoping I learn more

Bad first. Premium membership I would like to see an option for monthly payments as that is the only way I can afford that option. I want the premium membership but for me all up front is not possible. Now the great, Easy set up, numbers seem to be spon on and if they seem off it's nothing that is totally noticeable. I would totally reccomend this to others

It is way off with the irons all other clubs are good. I have a hybrid equivalent of a 5 iron and that is correct but whenever I hit 5 iron it says it carries 150 when it carries 180-185 in real lif

How are spin rate and spin axis measured?
Through our partnership with Callaway, we specially engineered balls using Callaway’s Truvis Technology. These new golf balls are called, Callaway® RPT™ Chrome Soft X® Golf Balls and are designed with Rapsodo Precision Technology (RPT™) so the MLM2PRO™ can track the in-flight spin rate and spin axis of the ball. This allows you to receive spin measurements within 1% of the accuracy of high-priced launch monitors.
Will I get spin rate and spin axis if I use a regular golf ball instead of RPT balls?
Golf balls with RPT are required to show spin numbers.
What are the set up requirements for outdoor use?
The MLM2PRO™ is designed to sit 6.5-8.5 feet directly behind the ball aimed down the target line.
What are the ideal space requirements to set up MLM2PRO™ indoors?
A little more than 14 total feet is needed. First, 8 feet is needed from ball to the net. Then, the MLM2PRO™ requires another 6.5-8.5 feet behind the ball. Taller players may need to place the device further back to capture their entire swing video.
How does ball type or elevation affect the results?
Elevation affects distances, trajectory and descent angle
The higher the elevation, the less dense the air is. Because of this, there is less drag force on the ball (resistance) allowing it to maintain speed during flight, resulting in greater distance.
General rule of thumb is every 1500 ft of increased elevation = ball will travel 3-5% further
A range ball vs premium ball will also affect your data. A range ball will fly shorter, generate less spin, and not produce as much ball speed as a premium golf ball.
Within the MLM2PRO™ App, you can adjust your settings to account for elevation and ball type to ensure your data is as accurate as possible.
Can I use a projector or smart TV with simulation?
Yes, for projection with an iOS device: Use a lightning cable to HDMI to projector.
If using an Android device: Use a USB-C to an HDMI to projector.
For a Smart TV, you will Airplay or Screen Mirror to the Smart TV from either your iOS or Android device.
